Turtle Facts:

Sea and marine turtle face a lot of attacks in their lifetime. When a female turtle lays her eggs on the beach, she might lay about 60 eggs at a time. These eggs however are vulnerable to attacks from natural predators like raccoons, crabs and even ants. Once the baby turtles are born and emerge out of their nests, they face other attacks from birds and crabs since they are so small. However, they are protected from these natural predators once they grow full size. What affects them comes from the lack of efforts by mankind to protect them.
