Our garden turtle spitter is created with a beautiful finish that will patina over the years. The amazing detail on this sculpture together with the inquisitive nature of the swimming turtles, makes this sculpture a lovely addition for use in a park or as a large fountain spitter. Made of bronze metal. Hand finished. Pump not included.

Turtle Facts

Oil pollution is a serious problem that affects the habitat of sea turtles in the sea as well as causes problems when sea turtle females lay their eggs in nesting beaches which are suffering from oil slicks. Oil pollution in water can kill seagrass which make up the food for sea turtles. Oil can also get trapped in the sediments of turtle grass beds. Additionally, oil can affect the growth of invertebrates and fishes which are food for sea turtles. When sea turtles eat infected food, they get contaminated as well with the toxins.
