Did you know that a typical gray wolf in the United States may weigh up to 130 lbs and stand up to 35 inches at the shoulders? From the nose to the tip of the tail, the animal may easily measure about 5-6 feet. The coat of the gray wolf also bears several shades of gray, tan, brown, cream and rusty red depending on where they live. Because of cross breeding sometimes, different shade of fur color will exist. |
