Wolf Fun Facts
Wolves are known to demarcate their territory and are highly territorial animals. They usually set up territories which are much larger to ensure their survivability. In that territory, they would hunt their prey which could include small animals like birds, fish, snakes and lizards. While they are known to eat fruit, wolves prefer a diet of meat and will even hunt large animals if they hunt in a pack. If they choose to hunt alone, the wolf will normally hunt for a prey it can handle like a deer for instance. If they hunt as a pack, they might target larger animals like a moose or an elk. Their teeth are so strong that they are capable of crushing even the thigh bone of a moose!
