Our large Mediterranean Jar originates from the largest and most populous of the Greek islands of Crete in the Mediterranean sea. Rich in mythology mostly connected with the ancient Greek Gods Crete has earned a unique position in ancient history. The Greeks used such ancient jars to transport wine, olive oil and molasses. Our fine collection of Mediterranean jars and Mediterranean pots are elegant reproductions with native textures based on orginals. The deliberate markings are unique to each design and then aged by hand applied antiquing process.

Our Mediterranean Greek Jar makes an ideal architectural accent for interior and exterior Mediterranean theme decor. Our Mediterranean Jars and Mediterranean pots and urns can be used as a group, or as centerpeices or even displayed on their side to enhance the decor of patios, garden or courtyard.
